Strategic Communication and content for women founders who want their voice to actually connect.

I help you turn your ideas into clear messaging and create content that grows your brand, while building a space where women can explore their voice through conversation and community.

You know what you do. You just can’t explain it clearly.

Your work is there. The thinking is there. But when you try to put it into words, something feels off.

It takes longer than it should to explain. Your website or social media don’t quite reflect the depth of your work. Your content feels close.. but not fully aligned.

And because of that, people don’t always understand you the right way, you find yourself over-explaining, or attracting the wrong clients.

This isn’t a capability problem. It’s a clarity problem.

And that’s what I’m here to help with.

There are a few ways I can help:

Content Audit & Communication Audit: A focused review of what’s not landing and why— with clear, actionable next steps.

Brand Messaging Build: Done-for-you messaging that clearly communicates what you do across the brand.

Strategic Communication Build: A full transformation of your messaging, content, and communication.

My story

I’ve spent the past decade working in writing, public relations, and strategic communication, learning how to take complex ideas and make them clear, compelling, and easy to understand. I hold a Masters of Arts in Strategic Communication from American University and have written for places like Alaska Airlines Magazine, the W. P. Carey School of Business, and built communication plans, campaigns, and events designed to connect with real audiences.

Through this work, I started to notice a pattern. The people doing thoughtful, meaningful work were often the ones struggling most to explain it. Not because they didn’t understand what they were doing, but because no one had helped them define it clearly.

That’s the gap I work in.

Today, through MadlyCreative, I partner with founders, creatives, and teams to turn what feels unclear into messaging that actually lands across websites, content, and everyday conversation. When your work is clear, people understand you faster, your content becomes easier to create, and the right clients know exactly why they should work with you.

I don’t believe most people need to start over. I think they’re closer than they think. It’s about refining what’s already there and learning how to say it in a way that connects.

“MadlyCreative LLC has given me the accountability and clarity I didn’t even realize I was missing. As an entrepreneur juggling so many roles, having a dedicated space to consistently work on my business (not just in it) has been invaluable.

The one-on-one feedback is incredibly thoughtful and personal, and it has helped me better understand my voice, my ‘why,’ and how to communicate that clearly across platforms. I’ve gained structure in my marketing, confidence in my message, and a renewed sense of direction.

This service is intentional, supportive, and truly impactful. It’s clear how much care goes into every part of it.”

What is She Says It?

A creative community where women founders cultivate their voice and communicate with absolute clarity.

  • Yes: She Says It is an expansion of Madeline’s marketing consulting studio, focused on storytelling and community for women in business.

  • She Says It is for women in business.

Women who are creating ideas, writing, leading, or exploring their creativity.

Many of the women in this community are founders, creatives, or professionals who care deeply about the work they’re doing and want their communication to reflect that level of thoughtfulness.

  • The podcast covers a wide range of topics, but they all connect back to voice and communication.

Some episodes explore entrepreneurship and leadership. Others focus on creativity, storytelling, travel, or personal growth.

Each conversation is really about how women think and communicate use their voice.

  • The podcast and my consulting work are very connected.

Through my work at MadlyCreative, I help founders and creatives clarify how their voice with absolute clarity.

The podcast explores these ideas through conversation, while the strategic communication work helps women apply them in their own businesses.

  • My hope is that listeners leave each episode feeling a little more thoughtful about their own voice and ideas.

Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is take the time to understand what we think and how we want to express it.

If She Says It can help women feel more confident sharing their ideas, then it’s doing what it’s meant to do.

  • Right now I’m focused on growing the podcast and the community around it.

I’m also expanding the MadlyCreative services.

The goal is simple: help women communicate their ideas clearly and confidently.
