ABOUT
She Says It is a strategic communication podcast and creative community for women small business owners and entrepreneurs who want to find their voice, build visibility, and communicate clearly in business and in life.
Hosted by Madeline Sargent, brand strategist and strategic communication consultant, this show delivers practical guidance for women who are tired of being overlooked, struggling to articulate their message, or feeling invisible in their industry.
This podcast offers honest conversations around business communication, speaking with confidence, visibility strategies for women entrepreneurs, personal branding, messaging clarity, and what it actually takes to be understood in the rooms that matter. Through interviews and solo episodes, you'll hear from women who are navigating the same challenges, building businesses, finding their voices, and showing up authentically in their industries.
This show provides women in business with tools, stories, and strategies to speak clearly, show up authentically, and build a presence that reflects who they really are—without trying to be everywhere or sound like everyone else. This is a space for women who have something to say and are ready to say it clearly, confidently, and in their own way.

My Interview Process
Step 1: Research & Preparation
Before recording, I spend time reviewing your work, website, social media, and any information you’ve shared so I can ask thoughtful questions and create a meaningful conversation.
Step 2: Conversation Design
I create a custom interview outline based on:
Your story
Your expertise
Topics that will resonate with listeners
Opportunities for authentic discussion
Step 3: Recording Day
Our conversation is designed to feel natural—not scripted. We’ll begin with a few easy questions to settle in before diving deeper into your experiences, ideas, and insights.
Please remember, you will be recorded and the recording will be used on Spotify.
Step 4: Editing & Production
After recording, I edit the episode for clarity, pacing, and listener experience while preserving the authenticity of our conversation.
Step 5: Promotion
Once the episode is complete, you’ll receive:
Your Spotify episode link
A collab post on Instagram once the episode goes live on Wednesday at 9 am PST

What Makes a Great Conversation?
The best podcast moments happen when guests:
Share real stories
