I wear a few hats, but they all center around helping people create more intentional, connected lives. By day, I work in nonprofit operations, where I support programs, systems, and processes that help organizations run more effectively. Outside of my full-time role, I own Organized By JJ, a professional home organizing business based in Phoenix. I work one-on-one with clients to transform overwhelming spaces into organized, functional homes that support the lives they want to live. My approach goes beyond bins and labels. I help people reduce stress, reclaim time, and create systems they can actually maintain. I'm also passionate about building community. I regularly organize events that bring people together around shared interests while encouraging sustainability, generosity, and connection. Whether it's a clothing swap, book swap, or community gathering, I love creating spaces where people feel welcomed, supported, and inspired to connect with one another. At the heart of everything I do is the belief that when we create space, physically or emotionally, we make room for what matters most.

I am a creative and a doer at heart—one of those people who could start 3 different businesses in a night if the mood strikes me just right. I'm a journalist, host, and producer in the entertainment industry, where I get to talk about movies and TV for a living. Outside of work, I host a podcast for women called I'm Not Crazy, Right?, which is basically like happy hour and therapy had a baby. On each episode, I ask a hard question that all women ask themselves, but probably don't admit out loud.
What are you currently building, creating, or working toward?
My podcast is fairly new, so I am currently full-steam ahead working on building that audience from the ground up. That includes, of course, recording and editing the weekly episodes by myself, but also connecting with women across different industries and giving them a platform to talk about their lived experience. I want my podcast to be a community for women where they feel seen and heard, and ultimately less alone. Eventually, I'd love that to translate into retreats, book clubs, member summits, etc. where these women could connect with each other even outside of me.

I’m an author, speaker, and leader focused on helping women build confidence, make more intentional choices, and take charge of what comes next. I’m the author of The YES Test Method and Speak Up, and much of my current work centers on helping women recognize when they’re saying yes out of guilt, habit, obligation, or fear of disappointing others. I offer practical tools to choose what matters instead.
What are you currently building, creating, or working toward?
I’m focused on expanding the work around The YES Test Method through speaking, workshops, retreats, and content that helps women make more intentional choices about their careers and lives. I’m also building more opportunities for women to connect around reinvention, confidence, and what they want their next chapter to look like.

I’m a Financial Professional specializing in Wealth Protection and Holistic Financial Wellness. After 19 years as an elementary school teacher, I made a career transition into financial services. Now, I help women and families understand their money, protect what they’ve built, and create more choices for their future. I’m especially passionate about making conversations about finances feel calm and empowering rather than intimidating or overwhelming.
What are you currently building, creating, or working toward?
I’m building a financial education and wealth protection practice that feels different from what people traditionally expect from financial services- more personal, approachable, and empowering. I want women to feel safe asking questions, learning about their options, and making confident decisions about their money and future. I’m also growing a team of women who are interested in creating meaningful, flexible careers in this space and helping more families gain access to financial education and strategies they may not have known existed.

I'm a multidisciplinary creative, thriving best in the intersections of art, design, and words. My works and concepts are deeply rooted in storytelling and curiosity that help people see the world, and themselves, a little differently. Through my Substack, The Curious Chronicles, and my creative brand, Sankalp by Anjali, I ideate and conceptualise ideas that help people slow down, notice the extraordinary in everyday life, and reconnect with wonder or their inner child. Whether I'm writing essays, designing meaningful products, or building communities, my work is rooted in creating experiences that make people feel a little more curious, connected, and hopeful.

I run Intersections Creative, a Seattle-based boutique brand and creative consultancy that makes senior-level creative direction accessible to founders and small businesses. Drawing on 15+ years of experience, including global account work with brands like Nike, PepsiCo, Microsoft, and Armani Beauty, I offer fractional creative direction, brand strategy, creative production, and content campaigns. As a creative multi-hyphenate, I blend strategic thinking with hands-on craft to help brands find clarity and connect with their audiences. I work with clients across industries and coasts, from Pacific Northwest hospitality brands to New York City ventures. Storytelling has been a major aspect of my life and drives the passion I have for helping others tell their stories to the world! I'm currently focusing on trying to build community here and start to work with local brands in the PNW region. :)

I curate 1:1 virtual creative retreats, helping folks (re)find their creative voice and goals and build a sustainable, fun creative practice as part of their overall wellness. I work with anyone wanting to expand their creative side, but especially those experiencing and recovering from burnout, neurospicy folks, marginalized identities, and creative professionals… also lawyers because most of them really want a creative outlet.
What are you currently building, creating, or working toward?
I’m currently working on building clients and referrals, utilizing socials as a means to offer engaging, inspirational, helpful content, and working toward being able to partner with a nonprofit to offer retreats and sessions to those with financial barriers.
